Let me introduce myself.  Hi there!  I'm, Kristy, and I'm going to personally help you achieve your health goals.

Hey there, I’m a mom/wife. I have 2 boys and a wonderful husband. My days are pretty hectic, we are a two parent working family so my days are filled with getting my kids off to school and me to work.
